Eric Rubin has been involved in Costa Rica Real Estate development, sales, and consultation since 2000. He has been living full-time in Costa Rica for 20+ years and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Eric has two daughters who were both born here in Costa Rica and are multilingual. Eric has legal residency as well as permission to work. Eric a certified member of the Costa Rican Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the United States.
